Helped me lose 6 and half stone
I didn't want to go to the gym and mostly couldn't anyway because of lockdown, but with the help of the app, some dumbbells and Courtney I have managed to lose weight and tone up. This app has changed my life and also is perfect for on the go to keep up with fitness, as it's now part of my everyday life.
Best trainer I've ever had
I don't usually write reviews but Courtney deserves it, she is funny, fit, silly, witty and so much more. If you want to loose weight, tone up, maintain, she is the trainer to have. Non of this 1000 calories a day. You can eat, you can train, you can laugh you can learn to cook all with the same app. I 100% recommend downloading it and it's worth every peynny.
Amazing!
I never write reviews but I made a conscious effort to do this. I can not express enough how much this has changed my life. Yes you have to pay but you basically have a personal trainer on your phone, which links to your TV! I have lost 2st in the last year with Courtney. I used to hate working put from home, in fact I never worked out from home because I hated it so much, but have loved it since having this app.
The best pocket PT!
Downloaded the app to do the 28 day challenge to build my fitness before joining a new gym. There is so much information and guidance on the app with all sorts of abilities and levels of fitness. I've decided to keep my subscription going even when I've joined a gym to follow the gym plan. Highly recommend!
