It is finally here, our epic RESET challenge with trainers Luke & Louis - it's going to be one insane 28 Day Challenge!
This is your pre summer reset, set out your goals, make the commitment and then together with the CB team and community let's smash it! Time to restart, refocus, rebuild!
This will be suitable for all levels and so many goals ( just utilise your in app personalised calories and macros) don't be scared to challenge yourself - increase the weights, push for that extra rep, nail your form!
If you're looking for help to achieve any of the below and need that motivation and structure...this ones for you!

What is the 28 Day Challenge?
This is your chance to RESET your goals! Real time workouts 5 days a week with trainers Luke & Louis, we will be mixing up strength training with some higher intensity style sessions to really build and elevate our strength & stamina!
5 x 45 min workouts
2 x rest days
A mixture of dumbells required and resistance band to get the most out of your sessions!

Are the workouts live?
The workouts are uploaded every day at midnight for you to do at your convenience . The workouts will remain on the app after the challenge has ended. These will be found in the 'real time' section of the app under '28 Day Reset Challenge' and under trainers Luke or Louis.
Who can join the 28 Day Challenge?
Anyone, anywhere with any level of fitness can take part in our challenge! There are always regressions & progressions, rest when needed, take it at your pace, all we say is just do not quit!
Just download the app, have some weights ready and you can complete all of these workouts in the comfort of your own home!
