Are the workouts live?
The workouts are uploaded every day at midnight as per our weekly schedules (found in app and on socials) for you to do at your convenience. The workouts will remain on the app after the challenge has ended so that you can take part anytime. These will be found in the 'challenge' section of the app.

HOW TO WIN
- Take your front, side and back transformation pictures on day one of the challenge and again at the end!
- Make sure you're holding a piece of paper with the following information to be eligible to win!

- Date (start and end for photos one and two)
- Your first and second name
- Instagram handle
- Top Tips
- Make sure your before and after pictures are clear
- Get your full body in the shot
- Try and keep the lighting and clothing similar for both the before and after picture
- Engage throughout the whole challenge across all platforms so we can see your journey!
