Are the workouts live?
The workouts are uploaded every day at midnight as per our weekly schedules (found in app and on socials) for you to do at your convenience.The workouts will remain on the app after the challenge has ended so that you can take part anytime. These will be found in the 'challenge' section of the app under 'RUN X STRENGTH' and under trainer Louis.
Who can join the Challenge?
This 28 Day Challenge is suitable for anybody looking to level up their fitness, stamina and strength.Using a progressive structure to achieve results and with the ability to take all sessions at your own pace.This dynamic & hybrid challenge will be sure to push your limits.
Louis Q will be leading you through the real-time strength & conditioning workouts, and we have planned runs for you to follow each week. Just download the app to get started!
